Ang Pag-asang Bitbit ni Teacher Julito Para sa Kanyang mga Ka-tribu



Pasan-pasan ang isang maliit na blackboard at bitbit ang ilang kagamitang pampagtuturo, tinutungo ni Titser Julito G. Dewil ang mga malalayong purok na nakapaligid sa Segafu Esgapo Integrated School, isa sa mga pinakamalayong paaralan sa bayan ng Glan, Sarangani Province. 

Bahagi ito ng kanilang Brigada Pagbasa upang matulungan ang mga mag-aaral na matutong magbasa lalo pa’t ang pamamaraan ng pagtuturo na gagamitin nila sa pagbubukas ng klase ngayong Setyembre ay modular distance learning. 






Naglalakad si Titser Julito sa maputik na daanan ng mahigit isa at kalahating oras upang marating ang mga kabahayan sa sitio Lanao Bon, purok Dugeng, purok Kaluga, at purok Yap, kung saan tinitipon niya ang mga bata upang turuang magbasa. 

Si Julito o “Titser Juls” para sa kanyang mga mag-aaral ay isang katutubong Manobo at siya ang kauna-unahang naging teacher mula sa sitio Lanao Kapanglao kung saan siya naninirahan. 

Ipinangako niya sa sarili na kung makakapasa siya sa Licensure Examination for Teachers at mabibigyan ng pagkakataong makapagturo sa DepEd, ay hindi lamang mga mag-aaral niya ang kanyang tuturuan. 

Karamihan kasi sa kanilang sitio ay hindi marunong magbasa at magsulat. 



Kaya naglalaan din siya ng dalawa hanggang tatlong oras kada Sabado at Linggo upang magturo sa kanyang mga kapitbahay at kapwa katutubo na interesadong matutong magbasa at magsulat. 






Sa gabi niya ginagawa ang pagtuturo sa mga magulang doon sa liwanag ng solar lamps at flashlight sa loob ng simbahan. 

Walang pinipili si Titser Julito; basta interesadong matuto, handa siyang magturo.

Nagsisilbing inspirasyon si teacher Julius sa kanyang mga ka-tribu at mga kabataan sa kanilang lugar sapagkat bitbit niya araw-araw sa kanyang pagtuturo ang oportunidad para sa mga mamamayan ng Lanao Kapanglao na mapabuti ang kanilang kabuhayan.

Sa kanilang lugar na laganap ang maagang pag-aasawa, may payo si Titser Juls sa kanyang mga mag-aaral.

"Lagi kong pinapangaral sa mga kabataan dito na unahin ang edukasyon kaysa sa pag-aasawa, dahil sa pamamagitan ng edukasyon, makakamit natin ang mas magandang kinabukasan," payo ni Titser Juls sa mga kabataan.

HRMO conducts virtual orientation on DepEd Hiring guidelines

In order to provide applicants with relevant and accurate information on the hiring guidelines of the Department of Education for Teacher 1 position, as well as on hiring IP and senior high school teachers, DepEd Sarangani conducted a virtual orientation on February 10 and 11, 2021.
