Friends of Hope Foundation to build 3-classroom building at Likon ES

The construction of a three-classroom building at Likon Elementary School is expected to begin soon, after the groundbreaking ceremony that was held there yesterday, August 17.

"It’s a dream come true indeed! Finally, Likon Elementary School will have its own concrete classroom building very soon," Likon ES administration posted on their social media page.

School head Bryan Ramirez is thankful to Friends of Hope Foundation, Inc., and Vita Coco for realizing the school's eight-year dream of having its own school building.

Senior Education Program Specialist Romeo L. Martin of DepEd Sarangani Social Mobilization and Networking section was present at the groundbreaking ceremony along with April Barrientos representing Friends of Hope Foundation, District Supervisor Johnny Bantulo, Noel Morido from the municipal LGU, and representatives from the Barangay Council of Domolok, Alabel.

Friends of Hope Foundation has been a long-time partner of DepEd Sarangani in providing classroom buildings in schools that need it most.
