ALIVE program implementers receive TV sets

Fifteen schools implementing the Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education program in the different municipalities of Sarangani Province received smart TVs on June 20, 2023 at DepEd Conference Hall.




According to ALIVE Program Coordinator Bedaria T. Hassan, the television sets were procured using the Madrasah education support fund.




“We hope that these smart TV sets will help the teachers and learners visualize their ALIVE lessons, build literacy skills, and energize the classroom dynamics,” she added.

Lina F. Carido, School Head of Avelina Dela Cruz Elementary School in Kiamba, Sarangani Province is glad that their school was chosen to be one of the recipients.

“We have dedicated one classroom to be used for the ALIVE program. With thi smart TV, we can let our learners watch videos and other creative audio-visual materials that will make their learning experience more engaging,” she said.




Other school recipients are Baliton ES, Hadji Musa CES, Malapatan CES, Datu Pangolima IS, Lun Padidu CES, Kawas CES, Tokawal ES, Macatimbol ES, Rogaya Bajunaid IS, Datu Abdulbali ES, Kanalo ES, Rokaya Abad ES, Fermin Fuster ES, and Glan Padidu Madrasah Community Center.
