DepEd Sarangani Recognized for Excellence in Human Resources Management

The Schools Division of Sarangani has been awarded the prestigious PRIME-HRM Bronze Award for its outstanding commitment to excellence in human resources management.




PRIME-HRM, or Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management, is a model that recognizes organizations that have implemented effective practices and systems in the management of their human resources. 

The model focuses on the following areas: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management; and Rewards and Recognition.

The Schools Division of Sarangani has demonstrated its commitment to these principles through the implementation of various initiatives, including a comprehensive performance management system, an incentives program for top-performing teachers, and employee engagement activities. 

The division has also implemented processes to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives and make improvements as needed.

"We are honored to receive this recognition," said Schools Division Superintendent Gildo G. Mosqueda, CEO VI. "Our team has worked hard to ensure that we are effectively managing our human resources and it is gratifying to see that our efforts have paid off. We will continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of our operations, including human resources management."

The Personnel Unit led by Administrative Officer IV Rehanee P. Sambuto, in cooperation with the chiefs of functional divisions and heads and staff of the different sections and units in the SDO, painstakingly worked to improve the processes and services of the Schools Division of Sarangani in terms of human resource management.

The PRIME-HRM Bronze Award is a benchmark of excellence in human resources management and serves as an endorsement of the Schools Division of Sarangani's commitment to its employees and the community it serves.

The Schools Division of Sarangani joins a growing list of organizations that have been recognized for their efforts to improve human resources management practices. The division will serve as an inspiration to other organizations looking to improve the way they manage their human resources and ultimately drive organizational performance.

Marcos appoints key officials to DepEd leadership
