Pagpapatala ng Birth Certificate, libre sa Malalag Cogon Elementary School

Nakipag-ugnayan ang tanggapan ng Philippine Statistics Authority sa pamunuan ng Malalag Cogon Elementary School upang magsagawa ng libreng “late registration” ng sertipiko ng kapanganakan ng kanilang mga mag-aaral.

Isa sa mga rekisito tuwing enrollment ang birth certificate na madalas ay hindi naisusumite ng ilang mga magulang.

Dahil sa layo ng tanggapan ng PSA, karamihan sa kanila ay hindi nakakakuha ng kopya ng PSA-authenticated birth certificate.

Ang ilan naman ay hindi talaga nakakapagrehistro ng kanilang mga anak.

Ayon kay Eljon Geonzon Buan, Registration Supervisor ng Malungon, dahil dito, sinisikap nilang makatulong sa mga magulang at magampanan din ang kanilang mandato.

“Ginawa po naming ito para sa mga hindi nakakapunta sa ating opisina para sa registration. Kami na po mismo ang kusang lumalapit sa kanila," aniya.

“Target po naming na mapuntahan ang lahat ng paaralan sa Malungon,” dagdag pa niya.

Kasabay ng late registration of birth certificate, nagsasagawa rin ang PSA ng pagtatala para sa National ID.
