SOCCSKSARGEN’S entries to the National Literacy Awards, both coming from the province of Sarangani, won 2nd and 3rd prizes during the awarding ceremony held in Mandaluyong City, December 1. Conrado and Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc. (CLAFI), bagged 2nd place in the non-government organizations category, bringing home a cash prize of Php 80,000.00 and a trophy.
